Castle Combe is one of the prettiest villages in the country and been the backdrop for many famous films including Dr. Doolittle and War Horse. After a long day hiking we arrived at The White Hart and were delighted by the welcome we received at the bar. My group loved the food and the excellent choice of wines and ales as well as the comfortable surroundings, including a secluded garden. Great place to visit!
This is an outstanding pub set in a beautiful village location. We were warmly greeted by the bar staff and chose from a great selection of beer and wines. We ordered dinner from a mouthwatering menu and I chose something from the Specials Board. Really tasty and at great prices too. We will be coming back!
